Are non-transient, non-community water systems (NTNCWSs) or transient, non-community water systems (TNCWSs) subject to the requirements of the Radionuclides Rule?
Neither NTNCWSs nor TNCWSs are subject to the requirements of the Radionuclides Rule. The Rule is only applicable to community water systems.
